Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

The next Crystal Bowl Sound Baths will be Friday September 6 and Sunday September 15 at 7pm in the Conservatory.  $35 per person.

This is a deeply nourishing and relaxing experience for your nervous system. The soothing and calming vibrations and tones that crystal frosted and alchemy singing bowls emit can help take you into the relaxing theta state enabling stagnant energy to be released and our chakras to stabilize and flow again. They can also help with muscle regeneration, pain in joints, brain fog, improve circulation, relieve pain in joints, and even improve digestion. Promotes deep relaxation, helps to relieve anxiety, balances your Chakras, stimulates our circulation and the immune system, and heals the body at a cellular level. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
