In this class, you will learn 2 techniques to make your own roasted garlic, along with garlic-infused olive oil. You’ll be provided with several recipes to take home and try with a downloadable PDF available in class.

Please bring 1 sandwich-sized plastic storage bag for your bulb of garlic and a small plastic container with a lid for a sample of the infused oil and cloves to take home.

Supply fee of $10 is to be paid at the beginning of class directly to the instructor.
