In this class, you will learn basic techniques on how to dry herbs. Whether you grow your own or purchase them, you’ll be able to enjoy herbs all winter long instead of having to purchase them.

Please bring 4 snack-sized plastic storage bags to take home samples/leftovers.

Supply fee of $5 is to be paid at the beginning of class directly to the instructor.
