Join us Saturday, February 15th, at 5 pm for a delightful dinner paired with selections from Sommelier Michael Cregar of Woodberry Wine, featuring food prepared by Executive Chef Daniel Martinez. The buffet includes fresh fruit, hand-selected cheese, an assortment of meats, salad, wild-caught shrimp, smoked fish, Chateaux Briand Roast Tenderloin of Beef with Grilled Asparagus, roasted potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and green beans, and of course a dessert station.
